Having run my agency for 30 years, making the decision to merge with DepoLink was, of course, one of the most important I would make in my career and life.  Would the personal relationships that I’ve built with my clients over decades get lost with a larger agency?  How would I ensure the quality of the transcripts and overall level of service remained the same?  After many conversations with the owners, and speaking with my clients, I felt confident merging with DepoLink was going to be a smart business move as well as a big gain in my work-life balance. 

 Now a year and a half since merging with DepoLink, the experience has been nothing but positive for myself and my clients!   Everyone associated with the agency is professional, easy to work with and always accommodating.  DepoLink handling the scheduling, production, billing and collections = me being able to focus just on court reporting for my clients, while revenue has increased, and I actually have as much free time as I want for the first time ever!!
